More fun with Blender! I’ve made a worm. It was in response (as so many of my little projects are) to a question over on the Blender Underground Forums.

Here’s how I’m doing with my practice at making faces in Blender. I started with some photos I found on the ‘net. You can see those in a previous entry. But now I’ve moved on to a self portrait and modelling the faces of friends. And I can honestly say, the more I do, the [...]

I’m really enjoying making 3D head models at the moment. After the whole edge-loop thing clicked in my mind, it just became a lot easier to do. This WIP is a model of one of my fellow Blender Underground members. All made with Blender.

I wonder if snowmen could actually be this stupid. Here’s my annual snowman image made with Blender. I make one of these snowmen pictures each year. Always great fun.

This is another one of those projects I ended up doing because of a question asked at Blender Underground. The question was how to make a transparent cloud layer on a planet. So I had a go, got carried away, and made this little planet, a little low-detail ship with particles behind it and some [...]

The object of this tutorial is to show you how to use the compositor to fade between three identically placed planes with different textures on them.
