I took my last project, you know, the grass picture, and added a little bit of movement. Only a very little bit. Slightly animated the flies, rotated the camera and the field. I like how it turned out, though.

Another challenge has been made at Blender Underground. This week’s challenge was to create a figure using blender. Just a basic stick figure, eg. a matchstick man.

I have animated my spectacular tentacular abstractular doo-hickey.

Today, the cloth modifier (due for release with the next version of Blender) had self collision added. I couldn’t possibly resist trying this out for myself, so here’s what I came up with…

There are an awful lot of fluid simulations (made with Blender) on YouTube. Most of them seem to be following the standard “glob of liquid into a cup” tutorial but there are also a lot of very inventive ones.
